Financial Literacy is “the ability to understand and effectively use various financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, and investing.“ In less fancy words, it is being well-informed so that you can make smart decisions with money, allowing you to confidently earn, spend, save, invest, borrow, and protect your financial assets.
As always, Ohrstrom Library is here to help! Check out our Baker Reading Room book display or take a peek at online resources like Money Smart Week and Peterson’s Test and Career Prep. We’ll be sharing new resources through the end of May, so swing by the library to see what new and interesting resources will be shared next!
